The management lacks of maintenance of yearly appliances,the increase of rent every year at the lease renewal,the trash receptional is to small and it smells,inconvenient the tenants with proper drop off box for rent deposits,noisy people with kids living above you.We the tenants of Cross Creek Apartments wants the management to do better staffing.We need yearly appliances inspection,charge tenants every year for rent increase with some kind of incentives,larger trash dumpsters to comply for volume of tenants. We need a drop box to drop our rent deposit off,they want is to inconvenience the tenants for extra monies.Cross Creek management should be consider of people living on ground floor not putting rude tenants with little kids over your apartment.
