Stop employers from requiring a potential employee to be bilingual.

After searching for employment for many months I noticed 95% of the job postings read you must be bilingual. Most require English- Spanish speaker. Well I felt that was a form of discrimination being we are in AMERICA where our primary language is English. Why should we be required to learn to speak Spanish? This is our Country when we go to Mexico or any other Country our needs are not accommodated by them learning to speak English, we must learn to speak their language or we will be lost. It should be against the law for a employer to require that you speak Spanish in order to be considered for a job opportunity. They should learn to speak ENGLISH. So if you agree please sign this petition to STOP and make it ILLEGAL to require a potential employee to be bilingual.
