Demanding a Raise For The Hard working Operators

Many of the Machine operators have worked at this facility for over 4 years and it is just that we obtain a raise even if its a minimum percentage. We must compete with all of the other factories around us and not because we want to say that we are like them but because equality is what work is about. Our families suffer in our absence and it is just that we at least get paid enough for out work. We would appreciate if we could receive a raise.
