coyotes have been entering resident yards endangering family members and family pets, Kidner Morgan Co. has failed to adhere to Ashtabula codified ordinances with regard to the removal of underbrush and noxious plants so stated in the subject ordinances when they have been asked to do so by local government and the residents of the subjecy area in question.
