Demand an end to the Horse drawn carriages in Blackpool

We need to put an end to the barbaric treatment of these horses in Blackpool.

Pulling people up and down the promenade 7 days a week.

To end cruelty to the horses. This will be shown to Blackpool Council to get this crulety stopped.
