Customized Rate Plans for the Deaf

Let's pressure wireless carriers in Canada to create rate plans for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing who cannot use voice/talk service and thus, do not wish to be forced to pay for it.

Let's convince ALL wireless carriers in Canada to start creating rate plans for the Deaf/Hard of hearing that contain ZERO talk/voice service. Ideal rate plan would be all text msg/SMS/internet/email but ZERO voice service/voice mail.
