Food Lion says it's "Here for every moment." But for hens in its supply chain, almost every moment is spent trapped in a tiny cage, never able to walk freely or feel the sun on their backs.
It's 2025. Enough is enough. Food Lion must finally end the sale of eggs from hens kept in battery cages—just as it promised. Customers and animals alike are counting on Food Lion to do the right thing and leave cruel cages in the past.
