France: Ban the use of life ducks, encaged, to attrack their wild friends, to be shot down.

FRANCE-Live "decoy ducks" are bred especially for their beautiful voices. When adult, they are elevated in micro prisons along the banks of a dam to vocally attract their free-flying friends while the hunters lie in wait, their rifles at the ready.
