Keep lands near the Grand Canyon in the public’s hands

Views near the Grand Canyon are inspiring, humbling … and under threat? Yes, if the Trump administration has its way.

Public lands surrounding the Grand Canyon, like Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni — Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument — are at risk of being sold off to private interests. Across western states like New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada, a public lands selloff would be irreversible: damaged ecosystems, loss of access and landscapes forever altered for profit.

These lands belong to all of us, and to the generations who come after us. Once sold, our children and grandchildren lose the chance to experience these landscapes as we know them today.

But our lawmakers have the power to stop a public land selloff. Tell Congress to stand up for America's public lands and keep them in public hands.

Sign up and tell Congress to stop the public land selloff.
