New Jersey has the highest rate of new HIV/AIDS cases in America due to sharing of unclean needles. Needle exchange in other states has reduced their number of cases, saving lives AND millions of tax dollars.

It has saved lives, millions of tax dollars and reduced rising health care costs. Let's do the sensible thing for our people and our pockets. Legalize needle exchange in New Jersey.
