Despite being aware of the protests PM Abe still allows it to continue, it needs to stop and maybe Prince William may be the one person able to do that.

As you are due to visit Japan and China early next year and we know conservation projects are close to your heart. We write to ask if you would kindly raise the issue of Taiji in both countries. The Taiji drive hunt is cruel and inhumane and despite protests last season from Caroline Kennedy and Tim Hitchens, PM Abe allows it to continue along with the killing of 20000 Dalls Porpoises sailing from Iwate. China is the biggest buyer of Taiji dolphins for the aquarium industry. Without the captive industry this hunt would not survive as the call for meat would not sustain it.
We need help from as many influention people as possible, and who could be more influential that the future King of England, a country who stopped the cruelty of captive cetaceans back in the 90's.
