End the Cruel and Environmentally Damaging Dingo Cull!

Culling is a cruel, inhumane way of controlling animal populations. And now, studies show dingo culling isn't effective. In fact, it's downright harmful.

Dingo culling via trapping and baiting has resulted in a boom in kangaroo numbers which is damaging soil quality. As the report states: "Associate Professor Mike Letnic said the impact extended beyond the implications for other flora and fauna of the region.

"What we found was that where the grazing by kangaroos was very heavy, the amounts of phosphorous, nitrogen and carbon in the soil were depleted," he said.

"However, in parts of the landscape where dingoes were still active, kangaroo numbers stayed low and the country was not under the same amount of grazing pressure."

Baiting is a cruel method of culling that leaves dingoes dying an agonizing death, and it's harming our environment.

Dingo culling doesn't benefit anyone, so it's time to end this harmful practice. Sign the petition and demand the Australian government ends the cruel and environmentally damaging dingo cull.
