Australia’s Unique Wildlife are at Risk. Save Them NOW.

Australia has the highest rate of mammal extinction in the world – our wildlife is at risk, and time is running out. Birds like the Gouldian finch are down to just a few thousand adults in the wild. For our wildlife to survive, we need to conserve their habitat. Pledge to give them a safe home today.

Have you ever seen a Paradise Parrot? Or a Broad-faced Potoroo? It's unlikely you have - because these unique species are just 2 of the many native creatures to have become extinct in Australia.

We must stem the tide of extinction. Almost 1 in 3 of our mammals are still at risk – like the endangered Northern Quoll and Northern Hairy-nosed Wombat. And many of our unique birds are still threatened, such as the magnificent Gouldian Finch - an intelligent and truly spectacular bird. And like so many of Australia's amazing plants and animals, it only exists here.

The Gouldian finch and all of our threatened wildlife need your help. And they need it today.

Their desperate survival relies on healthy habitats. Tragically, more than half a million species on land have insufficient habitat for long-term survival and are likely to go extinct, many within decades, unless the destruction stops and their habitats are protected.

But it's not too late - If we act now we can save our unique species from being lost forever. It's critical that we make a stand. Please make a pledge to protect our native wildlife now.
